This is a project carried out in multiple stages, entirely based on character design from its initial sketch to its 3D rendering



Step 1 : Design & Sheet Exploration



After several sketches on paper and multiple trials of outfits and graphic styles, I achieved a result that pleased me and with which I could begin working in 3D.

Step 2 : Modeling 

This is a modeling without sculpting, done entirely in Maya. After numerous corrections, I arrived at a result that satisfied me and with which I was confident in proceeding (rigging test, cleanup, UV test...).

 

Step 3 : Shading 


For texturing, I primarily used Hypershade (in a very basic way) and Photoshop. I also learned the basics of Substance Painter 3D in the process. My rendering was done with Maya Software, not with Arnold, which was taught to me later..
